• Hawaii Arianna Farms Ono Kona - First place winner of the Kona Coffee Festival's Coffee Crown Competition. Only 4500 pounds produced and we have most of it. Very clean and sweet with fine acidity. Mild, refined cup that is soft and subtle. Honey, hints of melon and berries.
• Panama Elida Estate Reserve - Coffee Review 95 points, April 2008. "Big, deep, classically symphonic coffee. Intense aroma: black-cherryish fruit, white wine, flowers. In the cup syrupy body, powerful but rounded acidity, pungently juicy flavor with sweet lemon and night flower notes. Pure, smooth, fruit-and-flower saturated finish."
• Kenya AA Kagumoini - Coffee Review, when awarding this coffee 92 points said, "Soft aroma of flowers, ripe apricot and nectarine. Bright, fruit-toned acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel and a lightly lemon-saturated flavor that softens and sweetens toward apricot and tangerine. Finishes sweetly, with a hint of pungent baker's chocolate developing in the long finish."
• El Salvador La Lainez - This wonderful coffee is especially delicate, bright and crisp, with lemon-like acidity. It is extremely well balanced, possessing hints of apple and melon with chocolaty body and a long, pleasantly sweet aftertaste. Clean and delicate, La Lainez is a truly outstanding coffee that wowed Cup of Excellence judges.
