Earl Grey
Extra Fancy version of the most popular tea in the western hemisphere. Named after the 1830's British Prime Minister Lord Grey, it is traditionally scented with oil of bergamot. Bergamot is a pear shaped citrus fruit which grows in Meditteranean climates. In this interpretation, a base of extra fancy whole leaf Ceylon OP is used.
