Four half pounds of each of the following:
- Willoughby's House Blend - Our signature coffee. Well balanced,
medium body, mildly acidic and lively.
- Colombia Concordia Santa Monica - high grown in volcanic soil between 6300 and 7150 feet. Concentrated flavors. Very distinctive chocolate, citric and floral notes. Citric acidity add to a distinctly sweet cup.
- Viennese Blend - Partially caramelized, bright, sturdy body. A mixture
of full city and French Roasted coffees.
- Burundi Nzove Washing Station - Classic Bourbon varietal, grown near 6000 feet. Dark chocolate, cocoa, raspberry flavors with red apple acidity. Extremely well balanced.
