Costa Rica San Francisco 1900 Tarrazu Micro-Lot - Grown by Hector Bonilla and processed at his elite Don Mayo micromill high in the Tarrazu region. The coffee is grown on a choice lot at 1900 meters, about 6000 feet and trememdous flavor and refinement. Coffee from his neighboring plot took first place in the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence competition a couple of years ago and this coffee is grown right alongside it, of the same Caturra varietal and processed at the same mill. Bright, fruity and balanced, it is an elegant lingering cup. Arrived at our plant in Grainpro bags for protection from the elements and humidity. A direct trade coffee.
Papua New Guinea Goroka A - Grown at 5000 feet, Typica varietal has more than a familial relationship to Jamaica coffee from the Blue Mountains. This coffee is lush, with a background hickory smokiness and a clean, long finish. In short supply, we will only have it for a short while.
Hawaii Arianna
Farms Ono Kona - Winner of the Kona Coffee Festival's Coffee Crown Competition a couple of years back and producer of consistently top notch Kona. New crop is just arriving. We have most of the farm's limited production.
