Very clever tea pot made in Germany by Finum. Exterior teapot is all glass including handle. Inside, is the "tea control" filter, made of plastic. The filter is perforated about two-thirds of the way around the outside from top to bottom; the rest has a solid wall. Place loose tea in the filter and position the knob on top to its brew setting - while in this position the tea will steep. When steeped to your liking simply turn the control knob to the position where brewing stops. The loose tea leaves are trapped in an area where they are no longer exposed to water and they can remain there to be used for subsequent infusions or discarded, depending upon your tastes.

The Tea Control makes up to 28 ounces (.8 liter) of beverage at one time. Offered Apple Green only.
