    Serious Select Coffee Serious Select coffees roast and ship on Tuesdays (except as noted) and are sold on a pre-ordered basis. They are packed in foil bags with one-way valves and ship within hours of roasting so you may enjoy these coffees at their absolute peak of flavor. Outside of neighboring states we recommend you choose an expedited shipping method if you are concerned about receiving holiday related shipments on time. Jamaica Blue Mountain Trouble Hill Farm

    Hurricane Melissa wreaked havoc on Jamaica on November 4. This shipment of Jamaica Blue Mountain left the island just weeks before the storm. Trouble Hill Farm, owned and farmed by the same family for three generations, is located in Claverty Cottage, Portland Gap, at 4500 feet above sea level. Claverty Cottage is a small settlement located about 5 miles (8 km) from Blue Mountain Peak in the parish of Portland, Jamaica. This settlement has a sparse population of approximately 600 inhabitants.

    This is a very nice example of JBM. While the coffee made it out of Jamaica before the storm, it arrived in the US before tariffs on coffee were suspended, making the price a bit higher. But the quality is solid.
