    Following our farm visit in early summer, we cupped and really enjoyed this terrific Natural of a traditional variety, Catuai. Altieri has really become adept at processing and now stands with the best in the Panama Highlands.

    Roger Pitti is the production manager at Altieri and he has become a student of growing and processing techniques, taking it all to the highest level, both literally and figuratively. Some of Altieri's farmland is at 2000 meters. This is big, juicy cup with tart black tea tannins, One of the best cupping Naturals of this season and priced very fairly for the quality.
