Coffee and tea are not returnable. As they are both food items, and as such, cannot be returned. We go to great lengths to offer our customers the very highest quality coffees and teas of distinction. We describe them as honestly and accurately as possible. If you are unsure if you will like a particular coffee or tea, we highly suggest ordering a small amount to start.
Technivorm Coffee Brewers
Defective brewers are covered under Technivorm's warranty - 5 year from date of purchase. Save your invoice as proof of purchase date.
Behmor Brazen Coffee Brewer
Defective brewers are covered under Behmor's warranty - 2 years from date of purchase. Save your invoice as proof of purchase date. To contact Behmor for technical support, you can reach out to them with this support form.
Other Accessory Items (Grinders, Filters, etc)
We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that there are situations require attention after your purchase. We ask that you not buy products with the expectation of testing them out as unnecessary returns are harmful to companies.
Damaged Products:
We take extra care in insuring that all products shipped from Willoughby's leave in as-manufactured condition. However, it can happen that damage in transit does occur.
If any product ordered from Willoughby's arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 5 days of receipt of item). Please repackage the damaged product in its original packing/shipping material. We will issue a return label. We will replace the product as soon as we possibly can.
Warrantees:
New equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. If you need warranty support please contact the manufacturer. We will help guide you to the necessary contact if you need assistance.
